Surprisingly charming stay!

I found the location very convenient near the L train. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available each morning. My room was clean upon arrival.
The onsite bar and restaurant were closed. This was not clearly advertised when I booked. This limited my dining options within the building .

The front desk staff offered prompt assistance with directions. Housekeeping provided daily towel service. The team readily addressed any questions or requests I had .

Filtered water stations were available on each floor. A workspace, both internal and external, was provided to work. Complimentary tea was available from 7 am to 11 am each day.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the L train. The area felt safe, even late at night. Access to manhattan was quick and easy via the subway.

i found the room's ventilation system, located above my room, activated early at 5 a.m., disrupting sleep.

The location was good, near shops and subway lines. This made getting around relatively easy.
My room was smaller than expected. There was a facilities fee I wasn't told about, and the onsite bar was closed. (I am very disappointed by this.)

The room was clean. The hotel provides free coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. Filtered water is available all day. I appreciated that. The location is near the subway. It is very convenient.
The room was a bit small. My toilet and shower are together, not so good. Additional shelves would help a lot. I had to store belongings in my suitcase under the bed.
